Kinaxis Consultant - RapidResponse Platform

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Manager / Solution Architect to lead Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation projects across diverse client environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kinaxis modules, strong solution design capabilities, and experience engaging with business and technology stakeholders. This role involves serving as a solution architect, driving end-to-end implementations, and delivering scalable, high-performing supply chain solutions.

As part of the Custom Software Engineering team, you will design, develop, and enhance system components while leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices. This role combines leadership, architecture, and hands-on configuration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Act as the Solution Architect for Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation projects.

- Engage with client business stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct detailed fit-gap analysis.

- Design, document, and articulate the end-to-end solution architecture aligned with client needs.

- Guide configuration teams through solution implementation, ensuring accuracy and best practices.

Implementation & Integration :

- Lead the implementation of Kinaxis RR modules including :

1. Supply Planning

2. Capacity Planning (Constraints)

3. DRP

4. MPS

5. Demand Planning

6. Order Fulfillment

- Drive configuration activities, validate data models, and ensure solution scalability.

- Integrate Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle ERP, and legacy systems to enable seamless data flow.

- Support deployment, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Stakeholder Management :

- Conduct workshops and lead conversations with business and IT stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product teams, business lines, and technology groups to define future-state roadmaps.

- Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence decision-making at senior levels.

Governance, Security & Best Practices :

- Ensure solution designs adhere to architectural, performance, security, and compliance standards.

- Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and high-quality delivery across all project phases.

- Monitor and enforce best practices in configuration, development, and documentation.

Leadership & Team Management :

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams.

- Empower team members to solve challenges and drive progress effectively.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across cross-functional teams.

Required Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have :

- 10+ years of experience implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse and other SCM solutions.

- Served as Solution Architect in at least 2 Kinaxis implementation projects.

- Strong expertise in key RR applications :

1. Supply Planning

2. Demand Planning

3. DRP & MPS

4. Capacity Planning

5. Order Fulfillment

- Strong skills in solution design, software configuration, and RR data models.

- Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, and legacy systems.

- Completed RapidResponse Author Level 2 Certification.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.

Good-to-Have :

- CSCP or other relevant supply chain certifications.

- RapidResponse Solution Consultant / Solution Architect Certification.

- Experience working in agile development environments.
