Kinaxis Consultant - RapidResponse Implementation

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure RapidResponse modules such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and S&OP.

- Design and build dashboards, alerts, scenarios, and analytical reports within Kinaxis.

- Support integration of Kinaxis with ERP/legacy systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, etc.) using ETL tools, APIs, or middleware.

- Collaborate with business users to translate supply chain requirements into Kinaxis functionality.

- Conduct data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with supply chain planning best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and configuration.

- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP).

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA, and integration via ETL, APIs, or middleware.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results.
