Our UX Studio is looking for a Product Designer with an experience of 4- 8 years who can collaborate with the stakeholders, solve complex issues by bringing out multiple solutions and deliver top notch user experience that can bring an impact on millions of users

What you will do :

- Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand the product and features.

- Do user research and understand the behaviour, pain points, attitude and expectations.

- Design wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for the product or feature.

- Articulate the rationale for design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

- Iterate rapidly and come up with multiple solutions.

- Work closely with UI engineers and ensure the design specifications are implemented.

- Seek to acquire an understanding about the product market and competitors.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

- Proficiency in Design Tools : Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

- Understanding of HTML/CSS : Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to ensure feasible designs and effective collaboration with developers.

- Proven ability to solve complex design challenges and translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.
