Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kenvue Technical Product Owner for Marketing Technology with Healthcare and Life Science experience to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our company's Global digital hub that serves healthcare professionals.

You will work closely with the development team to ensure that our products are technically sound, meet business requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of healthcare and life science marketing technology products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team.

- Work closely with development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.

- Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.

- Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.

- Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.

- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.

Compliance :

- Well versed in all policies and pan European regulations related to Digital technologies, Privacy and communication.

- Ensures Kenvue policies, procedures and best practices are followed.

- Ensures Kenvue information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and protected by complying with and enforcing all local and global security policies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology / Health care / FMCG company.

- Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.

- Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is a must.
