Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer with strong UI/UX expertise to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru.

This is a full-time, in-office position for a mid-level professional eager to make a significant impact.

You will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences across our products from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, user-centered design principles, and practical UI execution skills.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing product features (web and/or mobile).

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to understand user needs and inform design decisions.

- Translate complex user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing design solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and data analysis.

- Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.

- Present design concepts, rationale, and research findings clearly to stakeholders and team members.

- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and compelling visual design for digital products.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design patterns, and visual design fundamentals.

- Experience conducting user research methodologies and usability testing.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience designing for complex applications or specific industry domains (e.g., SaaS, B2B, Consumer Tech).

- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.

- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with engineers.

- Experience with motion design or advanced prototyping techniques.

Experience Level :

- Mid-level position requiring 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.
