About the Role :

Kasadara Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced and innovative Technical Lead Data & AI to drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation data and artificial intelligence solutions. This role requires a strong technical leader who can architect scalable systems, guide engineering teams, and lead strategic AI initiatives across cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data engineering, machine learning, AI system design, and cloud architecture, along with the ability to mentor teams and communicate complex concepts to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data & AI Expertise :

- Architect modern data ecosystems including data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouses, and real-time streaming platforms.

- Design and implement end-to-end ML/AI systemscovering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, serving, and monitoring.

- Lead the development of advanced analytics solutions using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.

- Establish data governance frameworks ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance with security standards.

- Optimize data pipelines and AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

2. Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Architect cloud-native data and AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Lead cloud migration strategies and optimize infrastructure utilization and costs.

- Implement security, compliance, and disaster recovery best practices for cloud-based data environments.

- Design and manage microservices architectures for scalable AI model deployment.

3. Artificial Intelligence :

- Lead deep learning projects in domains such as computer vision, NLP, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.

- Architect Large Language Model (LLM) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions for enterprise AI applications.

- Develop and fine-tune domain-specific language models for performance and cost optimization.

- Implement Agentic AI systems leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

- Drive MLOps adoption, including version control, monitoring, and continuous model improvement.

4. Technical Leadership :

- Provide hands-on technical mentorship to data engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists.

- Conduct architecture reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices across teams.

- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and tools for data and AI.

- Make critical design and architectural decisions to ensure long-term system scalability and maintainability.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the data & AI team.

5. Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and domain experts to align technical solutions with business needs.

- Present technical roadmaps, architecture proposals, and ROI analyses to senior leadership and C-level executives.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural decisions, APIs, data pipelines, and design patterns.

- Represent Kasadara Technology Solutions at industry events, conferences, and technical forums.

Required Technical Skills :

Data Engineering & Platforms :

- Expert-level experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift.

- Strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark, Flink, and Kafka.

- Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes, data integration patterns, and data modeling techniques.

- Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).

AI & Machine Learning :

- Proven track record in deploying ML systems at scale in production.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.

- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.

- Experience in LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.

- Exposure to computer vision, NLP, forecasting, or recommendation systems.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCPespecially data and AI-specific services (e.g., S3, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, SageMaker).

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.

- Hands-on expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and integrating DevOps practices for ML workloads.

Programming & Development :

- Expert-level programming in Python and SQL.

- Proficiency in one or more additional languages such as Java, Scala, or Go.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.

- Experience using Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.

Required Soft Skills :

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
