What is this role all about ?

We are looking for an Information Security Associate to support Kaptures day-to-day InfoSec operations, compliance, and audit activities. This role works closely with the CISO and cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Operations, Legal) to maintain and strengthen our security and compliance posture.

- End-to-end ownership of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDP, and HIPAA compliance programs -from evidence collection to audit closure.

- Maintain and continuously improve the ISMS - policies, controls, risk registers, and exception management.

- Lead customer-facing security assessments, RFPs, and security questionnaires with minimal CISO involvement.

- Work with Tech and Product teams to embed security controls into cloud and SaaS infrastructure.

- Stay ahead of regulatory changes - especially India's DPDP Act - and translate them into actionable internal requirements.

- Monitor the threat and vulnerability landscape and escalate proactively.

- Build and maintain security metrics and reporting for leadership and enterprise clients.

This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
