Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of LS Retail, which will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client needs.

- Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

- Perform data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure smooth implementation.

- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Business Central and LS Retail modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and usage of the system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- Strong understanding of business processes and functional areas within the retail industry.

- Knowledge of LS Retail will be considered an added advantage.

- Proficient in configuring and customizing Business Central using extensions, AL language, and C/SIDE.

- Experience in data migration, integration, and testing activities.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
