Job Summary :
- Conduct gap analysis between customer requirements and Business Central capabilities.
- Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, Projects, etc.).
- Create functional specification documents for customization or integration requirements.
- Perform system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver customized solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing,
training, and support.
- Provide guidance and best practices to clients on using Business Central effectively.
Technical Skills :
- Experience in one or more core modules : Financial Management, Inventory, Sales & Purchase, Jobs/Projects, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Service.
- Proficient in creating functional design documents (FDDs) and interpreting technical design documents (TDDs).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data migration, integration using APIs, web services, and AL/Extensions is desirable.
- Understanding of workflow setup, document approvals, and user role configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Excel for data analysis and migration is a plus.
