Job Title : SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant

Location : Bengaluru, India

Shift Timings : 07 : 30 AM 04 : 30 PM (Early Shift)

Experience Range : 6 - 8 Years

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with specialized expertise in S/4HANA to lead business process analysis and system implementation. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed professional capable of bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical system solutions.

Core Responsibilities :

- Process Analysis : Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer needs.

- System Solutions : Propose and implement appropriate system enhancements and business process improvements proactively.

- Consulting Services : Lead both greenfield implementations and provide high-level support for existing projects.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary liaison between business functions and the technical development team.

- Mentorship & Support : Work independently to provide ad-hoc user training and act as a subject matter mentor to junior team members.

Technical Requirements (Mandatory Skills) :

- SAP FICO Expertise : Proven experience as a lead consultant in Financial Accounting and Controlling.

- S/4HANA Mastery : Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or implementations.

- Implementation Lifecycle : End-to-end experience in SAP FICO Implementation projects.
