Job Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Engineer at Kane Solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong command over Python, SQL, and data analysis to join our growing team

Role and Responsibilities :

- Write efficient and clean Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and processing

- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate actionable insights using large datasets

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business users using visualization tools

- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data requirements

- Automate data workflows and create reusable analytics tools and pipelines

- Ensure data integrity and quality across systems and processes

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

Required Skills :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and automation

- Advanced knowledge of SQL joins, window functions, CTEs, subqueries, and optimization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets/

- Strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and visualization

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus

- Experience with ETL pipelines or data warehousing is a plus

- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
