Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement front-end features and enhancements for Magento-based eCommerce websites.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional, responsive web pages.

- Customize and extend Magento themes and templates to meet business requirements.

- Optimize web pages for speed and performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

- Ensure that websites are mobile-friendly, accessible, and user-friendly.

- Implement and maintain responsive web designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.

- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with Magentos back-end systems, including custom extensions and APIs.

- Work with the QA team to perform unit and integration testing to ensure a bug-free user experience.

- Stay current with front-end development trends and Magento best practices, ensuring high-quality code.

- Lead the front-end development process, including code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the team follows best practices.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong focus on Magento development.

- In-depth knowledge of Magento 2, including theme and template development.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery and integrating them with Magento.

- Expertise in responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.

- Proficient in version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.

- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience in eCommerce and familiarity with Magento-specific modules and best practices is essential.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

- Familiarity with Magento 2's back-end (PHP, MySQL) is a plus.

- Knowledge of web performance optimization tools and techniques (e.g., lazy loading, CDN integration).
