Tech Lead

Role & Responsibilities:

The Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the delivery of scalable, high-performance full-stack applications. The role involves architecting backend services, building modern frontend applications, leading engineering teams, optimizing application performance, implementing microservices architecture, and driving cloud-native development and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Application Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot and Python.

- Build secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for enterprise applications.

- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Deliver reusable, maintainable, and production-ready software solutions.

2. Architecture & Engineering:

- Design and implement microservices-based architectures for scalable applications.

- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.

- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.

3. Cloud & DevOps:

- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure application security, monitoring, and operational excellence.

4. Database Management:

- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.

- Develop efficient data models and optimize SQL queries.

- Ensure database performance, scalability, and data integrity.

- Support database integration across distributed applications.

5. Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor software engineers throughout the development lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, Architects, and stakeholders.

- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and development practices.

- Promote engineering excellence through automation, code quality, and continuous learning.

- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and development efficiency.

- Drive adoption of modern development frameworks and cloud-native technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer.

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Java, Python, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.

- Strong frontend development experience with React.js and Next.js.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.

- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Expertise in performance optimization, application scalability, and system design.

- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.

- Knowledge of Redis, Elasticsearch, or distributed caching technologies.

- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security best practices.

- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS, AI-powered, or cloud-native applications using Agile methodologies.
