Job Description

Candidate Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development with a successful track record of managing complex projects. (>4 years as a Project Manager) with an overall work experience of 10+ years

- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.

- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.

- Proficiency in project management software tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.

Job Description :

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

- Requirements Understanding: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand document project requirements.

- Methodology Implementation: Select and adapt project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to suit project needs and objectives.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards, aligning with project goals.

- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Provide regular updates and reports.

- Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Issue Resolution: Address project issues and conflicts promptly, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.

- Scope Management: Ensure project scope remains aligned with client needs and contractual agreements.

- Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
