About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with a strong background in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Power BI to join our team. This role is focused on developing, maintaining, and enhancing CRM applications and data systems that enable data-driven decision-making and digital transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions that meet business needs and performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.

- Develop plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external systems.

- Ensure optimal CRM system architecture and performance by following best practices in customization and deployment.

- Design and implement scalable and secure ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.

- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and enrichment from multiple data sources.

- Integrate CRM data with cloud-based data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.

- Work closely with data analysts to design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports using CRM and other enterprise data.

- Transform large volumes of raw data into meaningful visual insights that align with business objectives.

- Optimize report performance and usability through effective data modeling and DAX calculations.

- Collaborate with data architects and DevOps teams to deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

- Maintain security, data governance, and compliance protocols across environments.

- Work with product managers, business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-impact CRM and data solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers, testers, and support engineers.

- Leverage advanced analytics, Python, and PySpark to build predictive models and prototypes as needed.

- Continuously explore new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency, reliability, and performance.

Preferred Skills :

- Azure Synapse Analytics

- Azure Data Lake

- Experience with CI/CD for CRM and data solutions (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub)

- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

- Agile/Scrum project experience

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
