Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Java.

- Build and maintain Microservices-based architectures for financial applications.

- Develop and integrate backend services using Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and compliant solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.

- Troubleshoot complex application issues and identify effective root-cause solutions.

- Perform application performance tuning and optimization.

- Implement and maintain appropriate application security practices in cloud environments.

- Contribute to technical design discussions and continuously improve application architecture and development processes.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 8 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java / Java 8+.

- Strong experience in Spring Boot and Microservices.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or other messaging/event-streaming platforms.

- Experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.

- Experience with database technologies such as SQL/relational databases.

- Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalability.

- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
