Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and implementation of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software applications.

- Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and solution development.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Review existing codebases and identify opportunities for improvement, modernization, and optimization.

- Conduct and lead peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective resolutions.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth.

- Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams.

- Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.

- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions.

- Ensure development activities follow established coding, security, quality, and engineering standards.

- Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality implementation.

- Continuously evaluate and introduce improvements to development practices, tools, and processes.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Java/J2EE development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Java 8+.

- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.

- Experience with relational databases and SQL.

- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

- Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards.

- Proven experience mentoring and technically guiding development teams.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
