Your place in the team. As a functional consultant you will need to listen to the client needs, understand difficulties with their existing solution, while hearing their motivations for migrating to a new one. The role is a balance of providing technical solutions and meeting and manipulating business requirements.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong SAP technical, Configuration, and business area knowledge in CS module.

- Experienced in few of SAP CS processes In-House Repair Process, Repair at Site Process, AMC-Annual Maintenance Contrac,, Third Party Service and RMA (Return Material Authorization).

- Warranty Master and warranty administration.

- Hands-on configuration experience in Service Notification types, Service Order types, item categories Serial Number Management and DIP Profile etc

- Hands-on experience in Master data Installed Base, Function Location, Equipment, Equipment BOM, Serial Number, Service Order Functionalities, Work Center, Cost Center etc

- Experience in SAP S/4 Hana and SAP GTS will be added advantage.

- Expertise in Pricing, Interfaces, IDocs, Tax determination, Intercompany, Third party etc.,

Responsibilities :

- 7+ years of relevant experience which includes at least 2 projects of end-to-end Implementation.

- Communicate and deal with key stakeholders to understand the issues.

- Ability to understand customer business process and process requirements.

- Finding GAPs in the existing solution and should be able to provide resolutions.

- Working closely with other integrated modules like MM and FI.

- Expertise in preparation of Business Blueprint, Functional specification documents.

- Contribute to production of standard configurations, documentation, and procedures to streamline processes and produce efficiency within the organisation.

- Prepare process documentation and coordinated training and UAT activities.

- Ability to identify AS-IS processes and define TO-BE processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering
