K2 Developer - Smart Forms

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled K2 Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing workflow solutions using the K2 platform (K2 Five / K2 BlackPearl). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting K2 applications and integrating them with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain K2 workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects, and custom service brokers.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather and analyze workflow requirements.

- Integrate K2 with SharePoint, SQL Server, and other third-party systems.

- Provide support for existing K2 solutions including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Participate in solution architecture and design discussions.

- Maintain documentation for all K2 solutions, workflows, and integration components.

- Upgrade and migrate workflows from K2 BlackPearl to K2 Five, as needed.

- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and other development teams for deployment and maintenance.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience with K2 Five / K2 BlackPearl.

- Proficiency in K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, SmartStarters, and custom controls.

- Solid understanding of workflow design and process automation.

- Experience with .NET (C#), SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript/jQuery.

- Good experience with SharePoint integration (on-premise or online).

- Understanding of Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) and process design best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

- Knowledge of Azure Services and cloud-based deployments.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
