We are seeking an experienced Jutro Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of digital solutions using Guidewire Jutro.

This role requires strong ownership across architecture, hands-on development, integration, and delivery while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, UX teams, backend engineers, and Guidewire platform teams.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Jutro and modern frontend frameworks with solution architecture leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Jutro-based digital applications.

- Translate business and UX requirements into scalable Jutro solution designs.

- Define frontend architecture, component strategy, state management, and integration patterns.

- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards.

Jutro Development & Implementation :

- Lead hands-on development using Guidewire Jutro framework.

- Build reusable UI components, templates, and design patterns.

- Customize Jutro applications for policy, billing, and claims journeys.

- Ensure adherence to Jutro best practices and Guidewire standards.

Integration & Backend Collaboration :

- Design and implement integrations with Guidewire backend systems (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

- Work with REST APIs, GraphQL, and middleware layers.

- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow and system performance.

Delivery & Deployment :

- Lead end-to-end delivery including development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize performance.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.

- Act as the technical point of contact for Jutro-related decisions.

- Communicate architecture decisions, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders.

Quality, Security & Governance :

- Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with enterprise security standards.

- Perform code reviews and enforce quality benchmarks.

- Drive consistency, reusability, and maintainability across Jutro solutions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current with Guidewire Jutro roadmap and new features.

- Identify opportunities to improve UI performance, accessibility, and user experience.

- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and modernization programs
