About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Concur Junior Configurator with hands-on experience in Travel & Expense (T&E) configuration, workflow updates, and issue troubleshooting. The role involves supporting global Concur enhancements, assisting in integrations, validating T&E policies, and ensuring smooth system operations for finance and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities :
1. SAP Concur Configuration & Enhancements :
- Configure and update Concur Expense, Travel, Request, and Audit modules.
- Implement and maintain expense policies, approval workflows, audit rules, and user configurations.
- Support creation and maintenance of Expense Types, Payment Types, Ledger Mapping, and allocation rules.
- Assist in rolling out new features, global changes, and system enhancements.
2. Integration Support & Troubleshooting :
- Support basic troubleshooting of integrations between SAP Concur and ERP systems (SAP / Workday / Oracle).
- Validate inbound/outbound data such as employee profiles, expense reports, cost centers, and travel bookings.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, interface status, and resolve data sync issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for deeper integration defects.
3. Testing & Release Management :
- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and quarterly Concur release validation.
- Create test scenarios, execute test cases, and document defects.
- Validate configuration changes before promoting to production.
4. Documentation & Compliance :
- Maintain detailed configuration guides, change logs, and process documentation.
- Ensure T&E configurations align with company policies, compliance rules, and audit standards.
- Support internal audits related to travel, expense, and policy adherence.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination :
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Travel Desk, and Global Mobility teams to gather requirements.
- Participate in meetings with Concur Support, vendors, and business users.
- Provide functional support and user guidance for T&E processes.
Must-Have :
- 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP Concur configuration.
- Working knowledge of Concur modules : Expense, Travel, Audit (basic level).
- Understanding of T&E policies, workflows, audit rules, and global compliance.
- Experience supporting configuration changes and basic integration issues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Good-to-Have :
- Exposure to Concur reporting tools (Cognos / Intelligence / Analytics).
- Experience working with global T&E rollouts.
- Understanding of corporate card integrations (Amex, Visa, MasterCard).
- Knowledge of related systems like SAP HCM, SAP FI, Workday, or Oracle.
