Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Coordination : Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion.

- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular status reports, and update stakeholders.

- Team Support : Work closely with project team members, ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently.

- Communication : Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.

- Risk & Issue Management : Identify risks or issues and assist in resolution to keep projects on track.

- Budget & Resource Tracking : Monitor project costs and resources under supervision to support budget adherence.

- Process Improvement : Suggest and help implement improvements for greater efficiency in project execution.

- Tool Usage : Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project to track tasks and progress.

Qualifications & Skills :


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management software
