Xneeti OneOS is a next-gen analytics and automation platform for Amazon sellers. We empower D2C brands and agencies to scale their growth through actionable insights, AI-powered campaign management, and catalog health optimisation. This role is for someone early in their design career who wants to learn fast, build real products, and grow into a strong product designer.

Responsibilities :

Product & UX Execution :

- Convert product requirements into simple user flows and basic wireframes

- Work with PMs and senior designers to define states, edge cases, and UI behaviour

- Support in simplifying complex ad-tech and analytics workflows

Interaction & Visual Design :

- Create clean, intuitive UI screens using Figma

- Assist in building and maintaining components within the design system

- Prepare prototypes for reviews, usability tests, and engineering handoff

Research & Validation :

- Conduct lightweight usability tests and summarise insights

- Perform quick competitor benchmarking when needed

- Work with customer-facing teams to collect feedback and refine designs

Collaboration :

- Work closely with PMs, senior designers, and engineering teams

- Participate in design reviews, daily standups, and product discussions

- Communicate design decisions clearly and document flows properly

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1-2.5 years of experience in Product / UI-UX design (internships included)

- A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or internship projects

- Good understanding of user flows, wireframes, and basic visual design principles

- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with component-based design

- Ability to break down multi-step flows into simple user experiences

- Interest in dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or SaaS products (good to have)

- Eagerness to learn and comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to analytics dashboards, B2B SaaS, or marketplace tools

- Basic understanding of UX writing and interface microcopy

- Interest in automation UX, rule builders, or workflow tools
