Junior Performance Test Engineer - JMeter

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute performance, load, and stress testing on applications to identify system limitations and bottlenecks.

- Analyze performance test results and generate detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.

- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues.

- Optimize system performance by implementing solutions based on test insights.

- Monitor and analyze logs using Splunk to identify performance patterns and anomalies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance considerations are integrated into development cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on expertise with Splunk, JMeter, and Apache performance testing tools.

- Strong scripting skills for developing performance test scenarios.

- Proficient in executing various types of performance tests including load, stress, and endurance tests.

- Skilled in analyzing test results and interpreting performance metrics.

- Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks effectively.

- Experience working collaboratively with development teams to improve application performance.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and performance testing in distributed environments.

- Familiarity with monitoring and APM (Application Performance Management) tools.
