Key Responsibilities :
- Work on implementation, enhancement, and support projects across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design discussions with stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules including flexfields, approval workflows (BPM), fast formulas, and security roles.
- Assist in designing and delivering end-to-end HCM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Prepare functional documents (BRD, MD50), test scripts, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and support UAT cycles.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for solution deployment.
- Support data migration activities, validation, and reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, data integrity, and security standards across HCM processes.
Skills Required :
Functional Skills :
- Hands-on experience with at least two or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and HCM best practices.
- Experience in workflow (BPM) configuration and approval routing.
- Proficiency in HCM flexfields, role-based security, and functional setups.
- Good understanding of payroll and time-related configurations (if applicable).
Technical/Tool Skills :
- Basic knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and OTBI/BIP reporting.
- Familiarity with data loading tools (HDL, HSDL).
- Experience with testing and defect management tools (ALM, Jira, etc)
