The Opportunity :

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior UI/UX Motion & Graphics Designer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for a budding designer with 2-3 years of experience or strong internship projects who is eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our mobile and web platforms, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and captivating motion.

Role Description :

As a Junior UI/UX Motion & Graphics Designer, you will be deeply involved in the visual and interactive aspects of our products and brand. You'll work on a diverse range of design tasks, from crafting user interfaces to producing engaging motion graphics, ensuring a cohesive and delightful experience for our users.

What You'll Work On :

- Mobile & Web UI Screens : Design intuitive and visually appealing user flows and interfaces for both Android and iOS mobile applications, as well as web platforms, primarily using Figma.

- Graphics & Visual Assets : Create compelling static graphic assets, including carousels, thumbnails, banners, and other visual content for various channels.

- Motion Design : Bring designs to life through animation. This includes animating UI screens, icons, characters, transitions, and other visual elements using Adobe After Effects or equivalent software.

- Icon & Component Design : Develop clean, consistent, and reusable icon sets and UI components,

contributing to the establishment and maintenance of our visual design system.

Tools You Should Know :

To thrive in this role, proficiency in the following tools is essential :

- Figma (Must-have) : For UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.

- Adobe After Effects or equivalent : For all motion graphic and animation tasks.

- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva : For daily graphic design work, image manipulation, and vector graphics creation.

- Lottie / Rive (Bonus) : Familiarity with these tools for lightweight, scalable animations is a plus.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and/or motion graphics, or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant internship projects and UI thinking alongside design execution.

- Portfolio : A compelling portfolio is mandatory, showcasing a strong range of both interface design samples (UI/UX projects) and animated design work (motion graphics).

- Design Acumen : A sharp eye for layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and motion rhythm.

- Execution & Time Management : Ability to follow creative briefs diligently, manage multiple tasks, and consistently meet project timelines.

- Growth Mindset : Openness to feedback, a strong desire to learn new skills and technologies, and a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful output.

- Collaboration : Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with other designers, developers, and marketing professionals.
