Job Summary :

We are seeking a SAP CRM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service and Installed Base (iBase). The candidate will be involved in support and implementation activities, working closely with senior consultants and business users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP CRM Service processes

- Work on Installed Base (iBase) setup and maintenance

- Handle service orders, warranties, service contracts, and entitlements

- Support incident management and service request handling

- Assist in CRM integration with ECC / S/4HANA systems

- Participate in testing, UAT support, and documentation

- Work on change requests and production support tickets

- Interact with business users for requirement clarification

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service module

- Knowledge of Installed Base (iBase)

- Exposure to ECC / S/4HANA integration

- Understanding of CRMECC middleware concepts

- Experience in support and implementation projects

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
