Junior Full Stack Developer - Web & Mobile Apps

Description :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 12 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile applications.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js.

- Build and enhance mobile applications using React Native.

- Design and implement REST APIs and backend services using Node.js.

- Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and performance tuning.

- Use Redis for caching, session management, and optimizing application performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

- Ensure code quality through proper documentation, testing, and best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Next.js and React Native.

- Good understanding of Node.js, Express, and REST API development.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB (aggregation, schema design, queries).

- Experience using Redis for caching or pub/sub.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Docker or containerized deployments.

- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).

- Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
