About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Engineer with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver exceptional mobile experiences across Android and iOS platforms.

What You'll Be Doing :

- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

- Develop scalable and reusable mobile UI components

- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services

- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and stability

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues

- Participate in code reviews and follow clean coding standards

- Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams in Agile development cycles

- Stay updated with evolving Flutter and mobile engineering practices

Required Skills :

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Flutter mobile development

- Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party integrations

- Familiarity with state management approaches such as Provider, Bloc, or GetX

- Experience publishing apps on Play Store and App Store

- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities

Good to Have :

- Experience with Flutter Web

- Knowledge of Android Kotlin or iOS development

- Exposure to Firebase, GraphQL, or cloud backend services

- Open-source contributions or personal app portfolio
