Job Description

Role Purpose :

Drive ERP consulting and pre-sales activities by identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and proposing tailored ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify potential clients and industries that can benefit from ERP solutions

- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business processes and challenges

- Conduct detailed needs assessments and ERP product demonstrations

- Present ERP solutions highlighting business value, benefits, and ROI

- Collaborate with technical teams to customize ERP solutions based on client requirements

- Advise clients on ERP system selection, implementation, and configuration

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets

- Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts and support negotiations

- Manage sales pipeline and track opportunities through CRM tools

- Stay updated on ERP trends, technologies, and competitor offerings

- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities

- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Experience Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in ERP consulting, pre-sales, or solution selling

- Exposure to ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

- Experience in client-facing roles within IT or consulting environments

Skill Sets & Competencies :

- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business process mapping

- Sales and consulting mindset with solution-oriented approach

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into ERP solutions

- Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

- Market research and analytical capabilities

- Proficiency with CRM tools and documentation practices

- Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-through

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams
