Role & Key Responsibilities :

- Work as part of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) team to support implementation, maintenance and enhancement of ECM solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyse and document requirements for ECM/document-management workflows and systems.

- Assist in the configuration and deployment of ECM systems e.g., document capture, content repository, workflow routing, version control, archive/retention.

- Support integration of ECM systems with other enterprise systems (for instance ERP, finance/controlling systems, SAP modules if applicable).

- Assist in user training, documentation, system support, issue resolution, and change?management for ECM solutions.

- Monitor system performance, assist in troubleshooting content management problems, ensure data integrity, compliance with retention policies and audit requirements.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the ECM domain help simplify workflows, reduce manual efforts, improve user adoption.

- Maintain clear documentation (functional specs, user-guides, process flows) and good communication with stakeholders.

- Be flexible to work in a hybrid mode while two days in office is current arrangement, candidate must be ready to come in all working days as needed.

Skills & Competencies :

Core / Required Skills :


- 2-3 years of hands-on experience working in ECM/document management domain (deployment, configuration or support).

- Strong understanding of content management concepts : document lifecycle, versioning, workflows, retention/archival, metadata, search & retrieval.

- Basic integration awareness : linking ECM systems with other enterprise platforms (ERP, finance systems, etc.).

- Good analytical skills ability to understand business processes, map to system workflows, propose solutions.

- Solid communication skills in English (both verbal & written) able to interface with business users, document requirements and deliver user training.

- Team player, flexible, willing to adapt to changing requirements, able to work in hybrid/office environment.

Desirable Skills / Nice to Have :


- Exposure to one or more mainstream ECM platforms (for example : OpenText Content Server, Microsoft SharePoint, EMC Documentum) or similar systems.

- Basic understanding of ERP/finance/controlling systems (since hybrid role may involve ECM linked to business systems)

- Experience in user support or help-desk environment for ECM/document systems

- Awareness of data governance, records management, compliance/retention policies

- Ability to assist in configuration rather than purely support some interest or willingness to develop build/config skills

Candidate Profile / Behavioural Expectations :

- Must already be based in or willing to commute/relocate to Bengaluru.

- Immediate availability is critical candidate should be able to join as soon as possible or have short notice.

- Results-oriented : able to deliver tasks in timely manner in a fast-moving environment.

- Good interpersonal skills : able to work with business and IT, articulate ideas, participate in meetings, deliver user training or support.

- Adaptability : given hybrid nature and possible requirement to come into office full time if needed, must be flexible.

- Self-starter : though junior level, should be proactive in identifying issues, suggesting improvements, taking ownership.
