Work Location : Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai/Ahmedabad/Noida- Hybrid

Work Mode : Hybrid ( 3 Days WFO)

Requirements :

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 + years experience in MS Dynamics CRM

- Experience working as Sr D365 Developer for at least two complete CRM implementation.

- Good experience working on Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Good experience integrating with external systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.

- Good experience creating Web Api, Logic Apps, Azure Functions for integrating with various external and internal systems.

- Experience working on SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Good hands on experience working on Customer Service modules.

- Advising on best practices for CRM development or integration processes.

- Experience in Managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks and reporting them

- Writing Technical specifications.

- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment

Desired Skills :

- Experience in Health Domain

- Certifications in MS Dynamics & Power platform.

- Experience with Continuous Integration Tools and Techniques
