Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong academic background and extensive hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning projects.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in building predictive models, advanced analytics, and deploying ML/AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.

- Develop, implement, and optimize ML/AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, R, SQL, or related tools.

- Communicate insights through compelling visualizations and data storytelling.

- Evaluate, test, and improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy ML/AI models into production environments.

- Ensure best practices in data quality, governance, and compliance standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-driven projects.

- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.

- Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.

- Expertise in data visualization tools : Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, etc.

- Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms : AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Time Series Analysis.

- Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.

- Relevant certifications or a strong portfolio in ML/Data Science.

- Experience in prompt engineering, RAG/context engineering, and Agentic AI systems.

Qualification :

Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline
