Junior Automation Engineer - Test Framework Development

Role Overview :

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in UI Path, Automation Testing, C#, Selenium, and Test Framework Development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automation frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery of RPA and software applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks using C# and Selenium.

- Create, execute, and optimize BDD/SpecFlow-based automation test scripts.

- Implement UI Path automation workflows for RPA testing.

- Perform test automation using TestComplete and maintain automation suites.

- Conduct data-driven testing and behavior-driven development (BDD) to improve test coverage.

- Execute and analyze performance testing using JMeter/LoadRunner (preferred).

- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure end-to-end test coverage.

- Troubleshoot automation issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize test efficiency.

- Maintain detailed documentation of test processes, scripts, and results.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong programming skills in C# (mandatory) with proficiency in writing advanced test scripts.

- Hands-on experience in Selenium, NUnit, SpecFlow, Visual Studio.

- Proficiency with TestComplete automation tool and object recognition.

- Solid understanding of RPA automation workflows with UI Path.

- Experience in test suite creation, execution, and maintenance.

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) advantage.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Python, and PowerShell (must have in at least one engineer on team).

- Knowledge of Java, Python, or additional programming languages advantage.

- Prior experience in healthcare domain testing preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in automation testing & RPA workflows.

- Ability to design scalable automation frameworks and optimize testing efforts.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
