About the Role :

Were seeking a visionary UI/UX Lead to take ownership of our digital product experiences. The ideal candidate will drive the design strategy, champion user-centric thinking, and lead high-impact design initiatives across responsive web and native mobile platforms. You will shape our design culture, elevate user experiences, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build world-class products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and evolve UX strategy across products and platforms ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability.

- Build, maintain, and enforce a cohesive design system that aligns with our brand identity and product vision.

- Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for delightful UX.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing design feedback, creative direction, and career growth opportunities.

- Translate complex functional and business requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.

- Conduct user testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

- Balance innovation with usability and accessibility standards across all design outputs.

- Establish UX metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success and impact of design initiatives.

Key Skills & Tools :

- Prototyping & Wireframing : Balsamiq, InVision, Axure, Marvel, Principle

- Front-End Collaboration : HTML5, CSS3, Visual Studio Code (for design-to-dev handoffs and collaboration)

- UX Research : User interviews, persona creation, A/B testing, usability testing, heatmap analysis

- Design Thinking & Strategy : Empathy mapping, journey mapping, information architecture, design sprint facilitation

- Design Systems : Atomic design, component libraries, documentation standards

- Leadership & Collaboration : Agile/Scrum environments, stakeholder communication, cross-functional team alignment

- Motion Design & Interactivity : UI animations, micro-interactions, motion principles for mobile/web

- Domain Expertise (Nice to Have) : Surveillance, Social Networks, Time Management, SaaS, Ecommerce, Enterprise platforms

Soft Skills :

- Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations

- Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving real-world problems

- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
