What Youll Own :

- Build & manage end-to-end QA strategy: test planning, execution, and reporting

- Design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile

- Lead performance/load testing using JMeter/Gatling

- Integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

- Collaborate with Dev, Product, and DevOps to champion quality throughout SDLC

- Ensure responsive, cross-browser, and mobile-friendly testing coverage

- Selenium / Appium

- Postman | RestAssured | Swagger

- JMeter | Gatling

- TestNG | JUnit | Cucumber

- JIRA | TestRail | Jenkins | GitHub | GitLab

- Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript

You Bring :

- 8+ years in QA, with 3+ years in a lead role

- Strong skills in both manual testing and test automation

- Experience managing cross-functional QA teams

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments

- Excellent communication and team leadership
