- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering teams across backend and frontend

- Drive engineering excellence, coding standards, and best practices across teams.

- Oversee sprint planning, on-time execution, delivery, and production stability of the technology platforms.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Operations groups to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Own engineering KPIs including performance, quality, reliability, and security compliance.

- Manage team structure, resource planning, performance management, hiring, and capability building.

- Drive modernization initiatives such as microservices, event-driven architecture, API-first development, cloud adoption, and CI/CD automation.

- Lead troubleshooting complex production issues and ensure long-term systemic fixes.

Key skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of strong Java and React development experience out of which 2+ years as engineering manager.

- Strong cloud architecture experience preferably on GCS.

- Strong experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Hands on experience working with caches like Redis.

- Hands-on expertise in architecture, distributed systems, scalable application design, and modern software design patterns.

- Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, RESTful APIs, and observability platforms.

- Proven experience driving engineering roadmaps and cross-functional collaboration.
