We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to lead algorithmic improvements and optimization initiatives for our core programmatic advertising products. This is a full-stack data science role where you will own the complete lifecycle from ideation to execution, working closely with product and business stakeholders to drive measurable impact on campaign performance and cost optimization.
Responsibilities :
- Lead algorithmic improvements for programmatic advertising optimization products.
- Design and develop ML models and optimization algorithms to enhance system performance and decision-making capabilities.
- Develop performance optimization programs- identify bottlenecks, optimize query performance, model inference latency, and system throughput.
- Full-stack ownership: Take ideas from vision to implementation - ideation, modeling, deployment, and execution.
- Work extensively with Snowflake data warehouse - write complex SQL queries, design efficient data pipelines, optimize for scale (20M+ jobs/day).
- Work on generative AI and agentic AI projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Machine Learning, or equivalent quantitative field
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
Technical Skills :
- Core Data Science: Strong background in supervised learning, optimization, time series, and reinforcement learning. Experience with ensemble methods, neural networks, and deep learning. Proficiency in A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python (preferred) or R.
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, optimization, large-scale datasets).
- Experience with Snowflake (strongly preferred).
- ML Frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, pandas, numpy. Experience with Git and MLOps practices.
- Data Engineering: Experience with Spark/Hadoop, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), ETL/ELT processes, and real-time data processing.
- AI/ML: Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts. Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks (preferred). Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Knowledge of recommendation systems, multi-armed bandits, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with ISO 42001 or responsible AI practices.
