Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer on a contract basis to design, build, and maintain our website presence.

This role will work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to translate creative ideas into engaging, high-performing Webflow pages that align with Josys brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Josys website using Webflow.

- Translate Figma/Design files into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow pages.

- Ensure website performance, SEO optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Implement animations, interactions, and CMS-driven components within Webflow.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams on campaigns, landing pages, and feature launches.

- Troubleshoot bugs, fix technical issues, and continuously improve site performance.

- Manage integrations with third-party tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of live Webflow projects.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals.

- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.

- Familiarity with CMS collections, Webflow animations, and interactions.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight timelines.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with SaaS or B2B brands.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
