Josys is seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Designer to lead the design of scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS products focused on IT asset, SaaS, and device management. This role is hands-on and strategic, requiring deep collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, data-driven, and user-centered design solutions.
As a Principal Designer, you will own end-to-end design execution, influence product strategy, and establish design standards that scale across platforms and teams.

Key Responsibilities :
Product & UX Design Leadership :
- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery to delivery for complex SaaS workflows.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interaction models, user flows, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
- Design enterprise-grade UX for admin-heavy, data-rich platforms with complex permissioning and workflows.
Design Systems & Scalability :
- Own and evolve Josys design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.
- Define reusable components, patterns, and interaction standards aligned with engineering constraints.
- Partner with frontend engineers to ensure design-to-code fidelity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with Product Managers to translate business and technical requirements into user-centric design solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to align design feasibility with technical architecture.
- Influence roadmap decisions through UX insights, usability findings, and design rationale.
User-Centered & Data-Driven Design :
- Advocate for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and inclusive design best practices.
- Leverage user research, usability testing, analytics, and feedback loops to continuously improve experiences.
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in decision-making.
