We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager for a 6-month extendable contract to lead and execute critical IT infrastructure and operations initiatives.

This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building foundational IT processes from the ground up while also managing day-to-day IT systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient IT operations.

What You'll Do :

- Design and implement core IT processes, policies, and workflows across the organization.

- Set up and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions to streamline and secure access management.

- Take ownership of endpoint management (device lifecycle management), including provisioning, configuration, compliance, and security using tools like Intune, Jamf, or similar.

- Administer and optimize Active Directory and identity management systems.

- Ensure secure and scalable onboarding/off boarding processes and access controls.

- Support the rollout of collaboration tools, software licenses, and IT hardware.

- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner.

- Maintain documentation of systems and procedures for internal reference.

What You'll Bring :

- 610 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration, including team or project leadership.

Strong, hands-on experience with :

a. SSO setup and management (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).

b. Endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Kandji).

c. Active Directory and related tools.

- Proven track record in building or scaling IT processes in a growing organization.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment is a plus.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory, but a strong plus) :

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate.

- Okta Certified Administrator / Okta Certified Consultant.

- Jamf 200/300 Certifications (for Mac endpoint management).

- CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Network+.

- ITIL Foundation Certification (for process setup and IT service management).
