Job Title : Tech Lead - Angular UI

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Tech Lead - Angular UI to spearhead the development and delivery of cutting-edge Angular applications.

In this leadership role, you will architect and design scalable frontend solutions, guide and mentor engineering teams, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure robust, high-quality user interfaces that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Angular-based applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Mentor and guide frontend engineers on best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to elevate team capabilities.

- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with business goals.

- Own and define state management and API integration strategies using RxJS, NgRx, RESTful services, and microservices architectures.

- Drive initiatives to optimize application performance, enhance security measures, and adopt continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.

- Ensure responsive design principles are applied consistently, and UI/UX standards are met across all supported platforms and browsers.

- Champion the use of unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma) and automated testing practices to maintain high code quality.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the frontend team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

- Advanced proficiency in reactive programming and state management using RxJS, NgRx, or similar technologies.

- Strong understanding of responsive design techniques, cross-browser compatibility challenges, and UI/UX best practices.

- Proven experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma, along with automation and CI/CD pipelines.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills, capable of mentoring engineers and driving team performance.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Bonus : Exposure to mobile app frameworks such as Ionic or Flutter is an advantage
