We are seeking a highly motivated MERN Full Stack Developer with over 1 year of professional experience in modern web application development.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of software engineering principles, hands-on experience building scalable applications, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and related libraries (Redux, Context API, React Query, etc.

- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for long-term sustainability.

- Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX based on design mockups using HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.

- Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and SEO (if using Next.js).

- Develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Node.js with Express, Next.js API routes, or NestJS.

- Build scalable server-side architecture with proper authentication, authorization, and data validation.

- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, notification services, cloud services, and microservices.

- Ensure application security best practices (JWT, OAuth, role-based access, encryption, etc.

- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases including MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

- Write optimized queries, manage indexes, relationships, and migrations.

- Implement data caching strategies using Redis or similar tools.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.

- Use CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

- Manage containerized applications using Docker (basic to intermediate level preferred).

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospective).

- Use Git/GitHub for version control, code reviews, and collaborative development.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best software engineering practices.

- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

- Strong understanding of React.js and component lifecycle, hooks, routing, and state management.

- Proficiency with Node.js and at least one backend framework (Express, Next.js, NestJS).

- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OOP, operating systems, etc.

- Hands-on experience with building and consuming APIs.

- Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and GitHub workflows.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Foundational understanding of AWS services and cloud concepts
