Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, configure, and optimize JD Edwards CNC environments for stability, performance, and scalability.

- Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with functional teams.

- Monitor system health and troubleshoot CNC-related issues proactively.

- Maintain environment documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and procedures.

- Support developers and functional consultants in deployment, testing, and configuration of JDE modules.

- Manage security settings, Object Management Workbench (OMW) projects, and user roles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP operations and minimize downtime.

- Provide technical support and guidance on JDE CNC best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in JD Edwards CNC administration.

- Expertise in EnterpriseOne architecture, CNC configuration, and Object Management Workbench (OMW).

- Experience in system upgrades, patches, and environment management.

- Strong understanding of JDE security, workflow, and environment setup.

- Familiarity with database management systems (Oracle or SQL Server) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience with middleware, Citrix, and high-availability JDE setups.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and cloud deployment for JD Edwards.
