Role : JBPM Developer (Java Business Process Management)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & develop BPM solutions using JBPM

- Build and manage complex business rules with Drools

- Integrate workflows with enterprise applications

- Translate business needs into technical workflows

- Ensure app performance, quality & responsiveness

- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshoot issues

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in JBPM and Drools

- Strong Java/J2EE background

- Expertise in BPMN 2.0-based process definitions

- Proficient in integrating workflows with REST/SOAP APIs

- Familiar with JBoss/WildFly servers

- Excellent debugging & problem-solving skills
