Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Laravel (PHP) for backend and JavaScript/React.js for frontend development.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal application performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Laravel.

- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Manage database operations with MySQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.

- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Work with the Document Object Model (DOM) and understand event-driven programming.

- Implement AJAX calls and integrate APIs for dynamic web applications.

- Utilize jQuery for enhancing interactivity and user experience.

- Build and maintain scalable applications using React.js.

- Debug and troubleshoot frontend code efficiently to ensure smooth functionality.

- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

- Work with Git for version control and collaborative development.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in frontend development.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design implementation.

- Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and frontend development.

- Proficient in Laravel, PHP, and backend development practices.

- Experience with MySQL : schema design, complex joins, performance optimization.

- Strong knowledge of DOM, Events, AJAX, and jQuery.

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Experience with Git and version control workflows.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
