- Deliver high-quality classroom and virtual training sessions on Java technologies

- Train freshers and lateral hires on core and advanced Java concepts

- Design and update training materials, assignments, and assessments

- Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback

- Mentor trainees on real-time project scenarios and coding best practices

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business needs

- Ensure high levels of engagement, completion rates, and learning outcomes

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in :

1. Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling)

2. Advanced Java (JDBC, Servlets)

3. Basic understanding of Spring / Hibernate (preferred)

- Good understanding of :

1. SQL / Database concepts

2. Coding standards and debugging techniques

Candidate Requirements :

- Gender Preference : Male candidates only

- 2-8 years of experience as a Java Trainer / Technical Trainer

- Experience working in :

1. Training institutes / academies OR

2. IT companies with training responsibilities

- Strong communication and presentation skills (mandatory)

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner

- Prior experience in handling batches of trainees

Preferred Background :

- Experience in corporate training environments

- Exposure to FinTech or product-based organizations

- Certifications in Java or training (added advantage)
