We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable applications in a fast-paced fintech environment.

This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, architecture ownership, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications.

- Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the development team.

- Drive best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Review code, ensure quality, and enforce clean, maintainable architecture.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in release planning.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate.

- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and system design.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with relational databases : MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle.

- Familiarity with Maven / Gradle, Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience leading or mentoring developers in an agile environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
