Skills Required :

- 8 - 10 years of experience as a Java Developer/Lead

- Proficient in Java, Springboot, Microservices, Hibernate 5+, Rest API

- Hands on Coding experience

- Programming experience in relational platforms like MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high performance and scalability of applications.

- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring loose coupling and high cohesion across components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, and QA to deliver robust solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and enforce best practices in coding and design.

- Design and interact with relational databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle; write optimized queries, stored procedures, and manage data integrity.

- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability through regular monitoring, tuning,

and maintenance.

- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and

retrospectives.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose the adoption of new tools and

frameworks where appropriate.
