Java Technical Lead - Microservices Architecture

Key Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, JSPs, and MVC frameworks

- Experience with Spring MVC, microservices (REST, JSON, Spring Boot, Java)

- Hands-on with cloud-native application design and deployment

- Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and ORM tools (Hibernate, JPA)

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)

- Experience with event/data streaming platforms (Kafka)

- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and benchmark applications

Good to Have :

- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure)

- Test Driven Development and application migration to the cloud

- CI/CD and DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Artifactory)

- Identity technologies (OAuth, Azure AD, AWS IAM, OKTA, Ping)

- UI frameworks (Angular, React)

- Knowledge of caching techniques (Redis, Coherence)

- Exposure to AI techniques
